Anthony Barabani

Anthony Barabani is a leadership and organizational effectiveness consultant whose expertise has been gained through 30 years of leading the HR function for business units ranging in size from $50MM to $1Billion. Having always had a particular interest in Organization and Leadership Development, he has concentrated on this key area for the last ten years. With an emphasis on supporting organizations in achieving outstanding levels of performance, Tony’s prime focii are building team effectiveness, executive coaching, group facilitation, leading change, leadership development, succession planning and new leader assimilation.

 

Experience

As the VP, Group Director or Director of Human Resources, Tony has led HR teams in organizations of a few hundred to several thousand employees In addition to in depth experience in the traditional HR specialties, he has had key accountability during numerous restructuring activities, site closures as well as several mergers and acquisitions.

Having lived in the Netherlands and worked throughout Western Europe for nearly three years, Tony has developed a unique understanding and expertise for working in multi-cultural environments. This awareness has served him well as Tony regularly works with teams in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
